Returns and Exchanges

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order you can exchange or return your product up to 30 days after delivery.

Email us at care@buleila.com to start a return or exchange. You’ll need your order number.

Please note, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Jewelry not in brand-new, resellable condition

  • Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive products (for health and safety reasons)

  • Silk scarf that has been worn or washed

  • Custom made pieces

 

Frequently Asked Questions

I haven’t received my refund. What should I do?
Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days after your return arrives at our facility. Once issued, you’ll receive a Refund Confirmation email. Please note that it may take an additional 3–7 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, depending on your provider. If you’ve already received the confirmation email, our team cannot speed up the process, so we recommend contacting your bank directly for updates.

Can I exchange my item for a different product?
Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size or color. If you’d like a completely different product, we suggest returning your item for a refund and placing a new order on our website.

I received a gift and want to exchange it. What should I do?
No problem! Contact us and our support team will guide you through the exchange process.
